Any consultancy or service fees, where charged, are disclosed before you proceed and may be non-refundable once work has begun.

Airline refunds (where permitted by the fare rules) are processed once received from the airline; timelines depend on the airline.

4. Cancellations

To cancel, contact us with your reference number. We will confirm applicable charges before processing.
