This Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for travel services arranged by TravelThere Services LLP. Because we act as an independent travel facilitator, refunds are ultimately governed by the terms of the third-party suppliers involved in your booking.
Supplier-Governed Refunds
Refunds for flights, hotels, holiday packages, cruises and insurance are determined by the cancellation rules and fare conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, cruise operator, insurer or travel partner. Non-refundable fares and components cannot be refunded once confirmed.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Contact your travel consultant as early as possible — earlier cancellations typically attract lower penalties.
- We will confirm the applicable supplier cancellation charges before processing any cancellation.
- Once you approve, we will submit the cancellation request to the supplier on your behalf.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are processed only after the supplier confirms and releases the refundable amount to us.
- The refund amount equals the supplier refund, less any applicable supplier penalties and any service charges disclosed at the time of booking.
- Refund timelines depend on the supplier and your payment method, and can take several weeks in some cases.
Service Charges
Any consultancy or service charges that are clearly disclosed and agreed at the time of booking are non-refundable, as they cover work already performed in arranging your travel.
Schedule Changes & Cancellations by Suppliers
If a supplier cancels or significantly changes your travel, we will assist you in pursuing the refund or alternative arrangements offered under that supplier's policy.
